I've been supporting women creatives for the past 20 years. I believe as women we often put other people first; our children, our spouses, even our colleagues. We dim our light so others can shine brighter.  I’ve learned that dimming our light helps no one. In fact, stepping into the spotlight is not only empowering, it provides opportunities for others.
